Opened in 2011, this modern holiday complex offers 136 spacious accommodation units, harmoniously blending into a scenic 4-hectare property with a pine forest. Located on the Gulf of Porto Vecchio in southern Corsica, the complex provides an impressive panoramic view of Porto Vecchio and its famous salt pans. The proximity to the legendary Palombaggia beach, voted the most beautiful beach in France in 2015.

The comfortable apartments are designed for luxurious outdoor living, each featuring a large private terrace ranging from 20 to 100 square meters, perfect for dining al fresco on provided garden furniture. The apartments are air-conditioned and include a living/dining room with a TV and a double sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchenette features a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer. Sleeping arrangements typically include a double bedroom (160 x 190 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds. The units also benefit from two full bathrooms, each with a bathtub or shower and a toilet.

At the heart of the complex is a vast 600 sqm communal outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally, weather permitting), complemented by a convenient pool bar for refreshments. The complex is ideally situated for exploration: the historic old town of Porto Vecchio is just under a kilometer away, and the stunning port city of Bonifacio is a recommended day trip. Amenities include a washing machine within the unit, plus shared (paid) washing machine and tumble dryer facilities. A lift ensures easy access, and baby cribs (paid) and high chairs are available upon request. The 2024 tourist tax is included in the price.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The photos show examples of houses and apartments.
