It also has an annex where you can barbecue and enjoy an extra living room. Stay hosted 10 minutes walking from the historic Vila Nova de Gaia and the marginal and located 10 minutes walking from the famous Port wine cellars as well as tourist spots like the Port wine cellars, WOW or Dom Luis Bridge, being just 20 minutes walking from Porto city centre. The apartment is a historic house only accessible by stairs, corresponding to the 1st floor. Easy and smooth check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with no costs for late arrivals. Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Smart TV with cable also available. Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access in the city centre. If you are an explorer and prefer to walk, the centre is about 5 minutes away on foot. The two-bedroom apartment, one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds as well as a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room, which gives capacity to accommodate 6 people. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washing machine. Both the bedding and towels are of hotel quality and are sanitised by a professional laundry service and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel. Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days. All guests must provide their identification documents to us in a timely manner, and they should complete the online check-in in our system to gain access to the property. A deposit may be requested, and this amount will be shown before completing your booking. They are completely forbidden parties, or any type of noise or disturbance in the neighbourhood. We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of noise complaints. It is also completely forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation. Les photos du logement sont très bien prises, le logement est situé à coté d’un bâtiment , entouré de beaucoup de logements, odeur extérieur désagréable à l’arrivée dans la cours. L’extérieur n’est pas entretenu : la cuisine extérieure (sale et je pense qu’elle était collective aux deux logements )et le jacuzzi à fuir il était vert à l’arrière nous avons dû le nettoyer, le salon de jardin était cassé, plein de cigarettes et de capsules de bière partout au sol .
