It also has an annex where you can barbecue and enjoy an extra living room. Stay just 10 minutes\' walk from the historic centre of Vila Nova de Gaia and the riverside, and located 10 minutes\' walk from the famous Port wine cellars as well as tourist attractions such as the Port wine cellars, the WOW or the D. Luis Bridge, being just 20 minutes\' walk from the centre of Porto. The apartment is a historic house only accessible by stairs, being the one corresponding to the 1st floor.
Easy and quiet check-in with a safe or digital codes, from 3pm to 4am, with no costs in case of late arrivals.

Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, with speed also guaranteed for business trips. Smart TV with cable also available.
Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access in the city centre. If you are an explorer and prefer to walk, the centre is about 5 minutes\' walk away.

The two-bedroom apartment, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds as well as a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room, which can accommodate 6 people.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen products, hair dryer, iron, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washing machine.

Both the bed linen and towels are of hotel quality and are sanitised by a professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.
Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.

All guests must provide their identification documents in a timely manner, and must complete the online check-in on our system to have access to the property. A security deposit may be requested, this amount will be shown before completing your booking.

Parties, or any kind of noise or disturbance in the neighbourhood, are completely prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy for any kind of noise complaints. Smoking is also completely prohibited inside the accommodation.
