Ideal for those seeking comfort and convenience, this apartment offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. Enjoy a memorable stay with Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and proximity to tourist attractions. The Space: The three-bedroom flat offers a cosy living room with a sofa bed and dining table, perfect for relaxing and socialising. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease. Enjoy a comfortable en-suite bedroom and two double bedrooms, all with queen-size beds to ensure a good night's sleep. The two full bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. For added comfort, the flat has heating, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi and a TV with channels. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living room. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a charge of 200€ per hour. In case you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to unlock the door, a fee of 40€ after 7 PM will apply. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) set at 230€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be charged to the guest.
