The Space: The apartment features a double bedroom, a mezzanine bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a smart TV with access only to Netflix and HBO, a spacious balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We can't forget to mention the stunning sunset that can be enjoyed from the balcony and throughout the apartment. For your convenience, our apartment includes an elevator (starting from the first floor), air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Book now! Because Liiiving is easy. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of the city, at Praça da República, you will be at the center of all the excitement, where everything happens in Porto. Here, you can lose yourself in the famous Galerias de Paris, shop at Praça Carlos Alberto, stroll along the renowned Rua de Santa Catarina and Bairro da Lapa, and taste Porto’s most famous dish: the Francesinha. If you wish to explore other parts of the city, you will be just a 5-minute walk from Trindade metro station, with access to all metro lines. Book now! Because Liiiving is easy. Getting Around: You may request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon consultation). You also have access to an extensive public transportation network. Other Things to Note: Important note: There are ongoing works near the apartment annex, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we follow a transparency policy to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will be charged (price upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation. If you are planning to bring your pet, please note that the final price shown in your booking includes only one pet. If you wish to bring more than one, please contact us. For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €190 for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property for inspections whenever requested. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
