You will have full access to the home, garage (laundry and storage, No Parking), yard, and etc. Only the shed will be locked off. The spacious layout provides plenty of room to relax and unwind, while the large yard is perfect for outdoor activities. The epoxy-finished garage adds a polished touch and offers a clean, functional space for laundry and storage. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible! This location also provides convenient access to nearby attractions and business centers! Columbia Sportswear: About 2 miles (roughly 6 minutes by car). Cedar Mill Crossing Shopping Center: About 3 miles (roughly 8-9 minutes by car). Providence St. Vincent Medical Center: Around 5 miles (about 12-14 minutes by car). Shopping is incredibly convenient and walking biking trails the best. The house did however disappoint both my husband and me. This house appears to be unfinished with the master bedroom not having a functional closet and we don’t know if they plan to complete it. There was no dresser and no place to hang or store away clothes in that room or the smaller bedroom. There was but one garbage pail in the house and that was in the kitchen-couldn’t find any others in the bathrooms or the 3 bedrooms. There were NO window coverings in the kitchen or the back family room which we both found really odd. I think before renting they need to cover all of these issues especially since we paid full price. The location is definitely a draw for the two of us, but I think it would be tight for a larger group. The beds were ok, as we sleep on firm mattresses but, I could definitely believe that others may not like them. ##### Jackie J.
