If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $125 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book. Golf cart: No. Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. The host was super!! The house was furnished with everything you need for a great stay and was very clean. It is right across the street from the beach with access trail directly in front. The screened porch and upstairs balcony provided us with many beautiful views of the ocean and relaxation when we were not at the beach. We had a wonderful time!!! ##### Laura W. The beach is great because it is usually never crowded. You can see the beach from almost every room in the house. The house has a screened in deck that is perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal or drinks in the afternoon watching the sun set. The master bedroom also has a screened in deck perfect for your morning cup of coffee as you look out over the water. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is well stocked with any cooking utensils or pans you may need. The back deck has a grill for grilling that fish you caught earlier in the day. It is just a short drive to downtown Port St. Joe where you will find cute shops and plenty of restaurants. The beach is perfect because it is usually never crowded. I can't say enough about this house.
