We had an awesome time here, visiting with family from West and mid-West and a break from Winter's cold. Totally enjoyed the setting, watching wildlife every morning on the deck with coffee, even Dolphins!, and the beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood is very walkable and neighbors friendly. The beds were very comfortable, slept with doors open for a lovely breeze. The house is nicely decorated and w/d convenient on main floor. There are lots of stairs so you need to be prepared for that. We loved the pool, and once it got warm enough, spent every day in it! Mike was responsive to our calls. Downside was the oven. We all love to cook and although the kitchen was well supplied, the oven door did not close or stay shut. We were advised to put a chair against it, which we did. It was pretty inconvenient to cook with it in the middle of the floor. Hopefully the owners have resolved this problem. We are in agreement with other reviewers that there is not enough seating in the living room (only enough for 5 when the house sleeps 8.). Overall, once we got used to the quirks of the house, we had a lovely time, visited Greek town and the beautiful Tarpon Springs architecture and parks, sunset dolphin boat ride, beach and park 1.5 miles away (walkable), Publix close by. A very nice break from Winter in snowy clims!
