Pool and condo area was very clean also! My only recommendation is to have a T.V. in the bedroom. I loved having a washer/dryer in the unit and parking was so convenient right under our unit. We could go to Lemon Bay or to the beach in just a few minutes walk. Didn't see any dolphins, but can't blame anyone for that. Could easily collect shark teeth on the beach. The only thing that was missing was a port on the tv for streaming.
