The beach is practically on the doorstep. The flat is located on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. It offers a large terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises / sunsets. It is worth mentioning that the holiday flat has a practical lift. This perfect location attracts with long sandy beaches, just a few steps away from bars, culinary restaurants and supermarkets. Here you can spend your holiday all year round and unwind. Important notes In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. Per day and person, the tax is from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory. Beach towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. Smoking is only permitted outdoors This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost. Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys. VAT and final cleaning included. The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Two travel cots and one high chair were provided upon request. The apartment was not difficult to make child-friendly, just moving some furniture around, with plenty of space for little ones to play.
