Nice hotel, but can use an upgrade. Showers did not have consistent pressure or temperature.

The was always a good choice when visiting Pokara, but its location is now somewhat isolated. In the day when Lakeside was a bunch of tawdry shops, low rent accommodation and cheap restaurants it was a good choice to get away from the noise. Since then better hotels, like Temple Tree, are at Lakeside and a better choice
Pros: Clean, reasonable priced for Pokara. Staff very friendly, except one female
Cons: There seem to be fewer Nepali employees than in prior years. Indian culture has it own vibe, but Nepalese is why you come to Nepal.
Location: Twenty years ago it was in surrounded by fields, but is now built up. This slows your trips to the airport and Lakeside.
