Spacious and comfortable, it consists of a large modern living room with a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc.). The apartment has two beautiful bedrooms, it's a 140 double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower which will allow you to relax after a busy day. ￫ Arrival independently possible ￫ We provide you with bathroom linen and bed linen. ￫ Beds are prepared before your arrival. ￫ The cleaning of the accommodation is rigorous and ensured by a professional company. All you have to do is put down your bags and relax! For a leisure or business stay, the apartment is ideal for all travelers! Access to the accommodation is completely independent thanks to a box present on site. Please note, however, that the apartment is located behind Poitiers train station. Despite very good sound insulation with double-glazed windows, there may be train noise that can sometimes be heard in the background. Poitiers train station is located 100m away. The city center 8 minutes walk. The apartment is located 10 minutes by car from the Futuroscope Park. If you come by car, you can park in the street, or in the Pont Achard and Toumaï car parks just in front of the residence.
