The staircase is on the 1st floor of the house on a hillside, above the marina in the popular seaside resort of Portsall, directly on the coastal road. The 300 square meter garden/nature property, which is at your sole disposal, is located at the back of the house, where the apartment entrance is also located. The interior is modern, colorful and comfortable. In the evening, the nearby harbor lures with its specialty restaurants. Freshly caught fish is available every day in the nearby fish shop. Portsall is a small fishing village just off the coast. The coastline in this region is made up of rocks, dunes and fine sandy beaches. In addition to the large beaches of Treompan and Trois Mouton, which are ideal for swimming, kiting, windsurfing and sand yachting, there are also many small bathing bays with ideal conditions for mudflat fishing at low tide. Nous avons été bien accueillis par le propriétaire des lieux qui s'est montré souple avec notre horaire d'arrivée dépassé en raison des embouteillages rencontrés sur notre parcours. Logement pouvant convenir à 4 personnes, difficilement plus (alors qu'annoncé pour 6 personnes) de par l'espace disponible autour de la table de cuisine ainsi que la vaisselle (pour information, car ceci ne nous a personnellement pas gênés, occupant le logement à deux). Attention cabine de douche très exigüe, ne convient pas à de grands et forts gabarits. Des odeurs d'égouts remontaient régulièrement des lavabos, sans que nous ayons pu y remédier ; après contact avec le propriétaire ce phénomène ne lui était pas connu et rien n'a été fait durant notre séjour Le ménage de fin de séjour mériterait davantage d'attention de la part du propriétaire : bac à poussières de l'aspirateur non vidé avant notre arrivée, bouilloire pleine de projections de graisse, certains ustensiles de cuisine pas propres, linge de maison mouillé resté dans le tambour du lave-linge.
