The resort was beautiful and an amazing getaway! From the variety of food options including the buffet and à la carter restaurants, to all the amazing activities provided by the entertainment staff, the service of the workers and wonderful room I couldn't recommend a better resort to stay at!

Resort was clean, not too big so you can walk around. Rooms were very comfortable and cozy, food and drinks were okay. We had a good time over all .. just a bit disappointed with the food and beverages. We got a swim up-room, we loved our room location and i got a mini cake since i went to celebrate my birthday.

Property was very nice, the Mayan show was awesome! Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would say that the buffet they have is going to be the best food they have on the resort but the other places were not bad. The main down side would be how rocky the beach was, there was a lot of seaweed when we went but that’s just the season we went in. Overall I’d say the resort was a 9/10

Only downside was the food, it was horrible tbh best thing was the salad & hibachi. Also, the website was weird to make reservations for restaurants & you could only make one reservation every 7 days… but staff was really welcoming & the resort was really nice like a mini town, you dont have to leave.

I think the grounds and staff are wonderful. However, the coati and racoons overran the place and made the entire trip a bust. It was difficult to enjoy the swim-up room because coati and racoons can access the balcony so you are forced to go in if you do not wirh to interact the animals. Not my ideal trip. Extremly disappointed.

Swim up room on the adults only side at El Beso was fantastic! The room was clean, and bucket decorated. This is a very well maintained resort. Buffet was phenomenal, with so many options, changing significantly daily. On site “reservation” restaraunts were delicious, with lots of options. The lower beachside restaraunt was being renovated, which would have been nice to know as we booked. It was very loud, and very disorganized at the beach, and beach pool. Did appreciate the satellite bar set up daily down there! Lots of wildlife at this resort! The staff was fantastic, the spa was nice. It’s a very clean, very well maintained resort. Has a discteque, live entertainment- and a bowling alley.

We had a truly wonderful stay at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise and had an absolutely fabulous holiday from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and provided the perfect setting for a fantastic getaway. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made a difference and helped make our holiday so special. Everything about our experience was fantastic, from the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere to the food, facilities, and overall service. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and were genuinely sad to leave. A huge thank you to all the team at El Beso Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our holiday so memorable. Enjoyed our stay with our swim up pool room. That was the best add on we did. Food was good and decent portion sized at all restaurants. There was a small room service menu but was very fast. Lots of animals around the resort. The crocodile brings lots of mosquitoes so bug spray is a need. All staff was nice and bar service was quick at all bars. Check in and out were fast and easy.

Andrea was the absolute BEST, she assisted with each part of my stay. She deserves a raise if we’re being honest. Additionally the rooms are top tier and it’s always activities going on to stay engaged. The food was on point? Shrimps, fish everything. One of the resorts I’ve visited this year with swims up bar in the pool and swim out pool from my room. Definitely will return.

El Beso Playa del Carmen – overall good (but Mixed Experience for what we wanted from our vacation) There were some great highlights, particularly the entertainment and comfortable rooms, but inconsistent service, restaurant availability, and reservation difficulties took away from the experience. 👍 The Good Rooms: We booked a non-Privilege swim-up room through Expedia. Despite reading reviews about mildew smells, our room smelled fine and was well air-conditioned. The safe wasn't properly unlocked on arrival, but the front desk resolved this when we called. Facilities: The gym is large and open 24 hours, filtered water is available for refilling bottles, and the resort shuttle runs frequently. There is quite a bit of walking because the resort is large but I enjoyed getting my steps in. Wildlife: There are lots of coatis around the property which are super cute. They generally keep their distance, but watch your food—one snatched a muffin right out of my partner's hand! Entertainment: Movie and song trivia were lots of fun, the hosts were a ball, the blackjack dealer was entertaining, and the nightly shows were excellent. Adults-only atmosphere: The resort generally did a good job of keeping the adults-only experience separate, although children were allowed in the disco, which opens at 10:30 p.m. 🍽️ Food and Drinks Restaurant availability: There are plenty of restaurants, but they aren't all open every day. The property was amazing the swim put was everything I needed the staff was very mice and helpful and my butler Azis was absolutely wonderful. The food was probably the best Ive had at any all inclusive I have stayed at. The spa is also very beautiful I got a facial and full body massage both CHEFS KISS! they even gifted us with a face wash and and toner set to take home! El Beso made my birthday very special Thanks so much! I will be returning!!
