Welcome to Paseo del Sol, a beautiful condominium located in Playacar II, one of the most exclusive and safe areas of Playa del Carmen. With an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping centers and the famous 5th Avenue of Playa del Carmen.   
  
This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, with a unique and modern design so that you can feel like at home. Each of the bedrooms has a private bathroom, closet, air conditioning and each one has a balcony with a view of the complex, its pool and green areas.   
  
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, integrated dining area, and essential appliances for cooking with total comfort. The living room offers a cozy space with sofa and flat-screen TV, and also has access to a balcony which is equipped with garden furniture and a wide view of the complex. Additionally, this condominium has an extra room which is equipped with a desk and a sofa, this is a closed space that you can use as a work area or recreational area.   
  
Paseo del Sol is a quiet and welcoming residential complex that offers a variety of amenities designed to complement your experience, such as a large swimming pool, gym, tennis court, solarium, and private parking. Additionally, right behind the building is the renowned Playacar golf course.
