The staff was very friendly, supportive and helpful. There were some issues with my room and some of the amenities, but I was able to work with the staff to come to a solution fairly reasonably and quickly. Despite some issues, the location was convenient, the rooms were fairly clean and I would stay there again if I came back to Playa Del Carmen

We stayed one night as our flight was canceled and the all inclusive wanted to charge us an outrageous price to stay another night. We had a wonderful stay here, staff were friendly and nice and accommodating. The area was beautiful and safe and we found great food options on 5th ave.

I liked the professional staff, well maintained overall, plus complimentary breakfast. If I had to complain it was a mechanical issue. The doors to each room were very solid and steel. The doors had spring hinges which would close door behind you, the problem was that there was no device to slow the doors down and they would crash shut .... loudly! We heard doors slamming shut throughout the night waking us up.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, the rooftop pool was lovely and it's in the perfect location to explore playa del Carmen without the noise from 5th ave. The staff were also incredibly friendly, we had a great experience with Cecilia and all the team. The breakfast was fairly limited, but considering it's included in the price, it was very good value.

Wonderful accommodation for a great price. We decided to stay an extra day in Cancun and booked this after leaving the resort. Very clean and the staff were amazing and kind. The only thing is they didn’t have face towels in the bathroom, only the large drying towels and hand towels, I didn’t ask for any so that could be my mistake.
