### Villa Stratianna - Metóchi ,Crete

Splendid villa rental with a private pool for 7 people in Metochi, a small hamlet on the island of Crete.  
The 2-floor villa offers 4 bedrooms, and is perfect for families or groups of friends. The large windows make for very bright interiors and offer various views of the sea and the city.  
The pool is at the back of the house with a dining area nearby; the barbecue area is at the front of the house.  
The strategic location is just a short distance from the beach and nearby towns.  
Next door is Villa Stratianna’s sister property, Villa Flora, which is also in the “Mediterranean Villas” rental catalogue!  
At guests' disposal: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 7 people, fenced-in garden, air conditioning, private pool (5 x 3,50 meters; 1.60 meters deep), patio, barbecue, Wifi internet, parking area shared with the adjacent villa.  
  
Distances: Metochi 60 meters away, beach 1.50 km, Maleme 2 km, Chania 18 km, Elafonissi 60 km.

Ground floor: entrance and large open living area with kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, American coffee machine) and living room (TV) with dining area, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, bedroom with a single bed. The living room and double bedroom have access to the pool area. The single bedroom has access to a small balcony at the front of the house.  
  
First floor: bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a large balcony, bathroom with bathtub and shower (washing machine), double bedroom with access to a private balcony (pool view and see view)  
  
There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room on the ground floor.
