The ground floor comprises: an entrance hall; lounge with wood burner where you can enjoy a cosy country cottage atmosphere; a modern kitchen that is well equipped; and a dining/ sitting room that comfortably seats six people for dinner. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: one king size with en-suite shower room; one double; and one twin room along with a family bathroom. This property boasts a corner position with beautifully landscaped gardens to the front and private south facing courtyard to the rear with views from all angles over the vast countryside. There is an extended grass area located to the rear of the property where you can park, and store any outdoor sports' equipment in one of the two sheds. Cancellation Policy Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked. Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us. **FOR BOOKINGS MADE UP UNTIL 27TH MARCH 2020, THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES; If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable. **FOR NEW BOOKINGS MADE AFTER 27TH MARCH 2020, THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES; If notice of cancellation is given between 2 - 60 days before your arrival date, the accommodation fee will be fully refunded no questions asked. Any refunds will be payable at the arrival date. Holiday/Cancellation Insurance Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs.
