New 2 bedrooms private pool villa built in 2016, tropical contemporary design , looking fresh and new with bright color tone, and some modern with gray. It's designed for vacation stay, be comfortable like own house.

2 buildings on the land size 400 Sq.m.
One main building has the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The another small building is separated & privacy one bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

Living space:
- A large space of A/C living room with LCD screen TV, worldwide cable TV, DVD player.
- a fully equipped western kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, gas stove,hot/cold water dispenser etc.
- Dinning area for 4 persons.
- Two air-conditioned deluxe bedrooms with king size beds, Both bedroom are overlooking pool and direct access to the pool.
- One bedrooms has small balcony, dressing room, large bathroom has 2 showers with tropical rain forest design.
- The another bedroom in separated small building. it has dressing area, large bathroom.

Outside space:
- Terrace area for dining seat for 6 persons.
- Swimming pool size 4x8 meters and nice sunbathe on pool deck area
- Private car parking area

HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

once again, it was perfect

been in this area for the third time, second time at Villa Clos Vougeot. It was like coming home.Villa is great with a lot of place and a lovely private pool.Think the beds are a little bit hard, but no problem so far.Always had contact in a WhatsApp group, get an answer very quick.Possible to get a Massage in your own villa, order food was great.TV had problems, on the next day they brought a new one. Big thank to Pui, she was there every time for us.Hope to be back soon.
