### Lux 4BR Scottsdale house with pool and spa

Quiet Scottsdale Paradise house is the place where time spent with family will feel like vacation at a luxury resort. House is renovated completely only a few months ago and all of the appliances as well as furniture are brand new. Backyard contains big private pool, mist system, hot tub as well as separate cabana with fire place and grill. Patio contains two additional fire places for family enjoyment. Second floor balcony has an incredible sunset view of the valley.  
  
Upstairs of the house contains one master bedroom with private full bathroom and walk in closet. From the master bedroom, you have private balcony with beautiful view. Two guest rooms with shared bathroom as well as lot with fire place. Up to eight people can enjoy watching the TV in the upstairs lot. All rooms have their own TV and one guest room also has a video game console (X-Box One) for the kids for enjoy.   
Downstairs of the house contains office room with two desks with computer screens and printer, queen size sofa bed as well as a private library. Living room contains electric fire place and 75'' TV screen with cable TV. The kitchen is fully furnished and contains all necessary appliances and dishes for the family to use. Dining room has table for 8 people. In the storage next to the front door, you can find topper for sofa bed and pack and play for your baby.   
Backyard has a dinning table, patio furniture set for 8 people and two fire pit tables. Also, private swimming pool with three long chairs, two swing chairs and a hot tub. There is also private cabana with another fire pit table and grill. Around the whole patio there is a mist system to cool you down during the hot summer days and make your stay much more enjoyable.   
House contains two car garage and drive way in front for two cars. You can park your car on the road for free as well.
