No maid service our second day,mold in the shower, not amputee friendly shower. The room itself was fine, very outdated. We got what we paid for.

Disappointing stay

Pros: Only the location.
Cons: Almost everything.
Location: Surrounding area looked very depressed, however it was withing easy driving distance of a visit to a company which had been scheduled.
We considered cancelling immediately, but stayed due to location, however we did cancel one night of our planned three night stay. Nothing about the room was satisfactory. Not enough towels or any Kleenex was provided. At least one pillow case was soiled, the sheets appeared dingy and stained, the bed spread had large holes burned it from cigarettes, the bathtub was stained and impossible to be cleaned. The carpet was dirty and stained, paint on walls was peeling. The old TV set had a terrible picture and very limited channels available. The room had a pervasive unpleasant smell. In short there were no redeeming features! The description in Expedia as very misleading.

The room was filthy! We didn't have wash clothes, only one towel, no Kleenex or shampoo. Free breakfast was asking the front desk for packaged muffins behind the desk.

Horrible motel,

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Everything needed improvement!
Location: The location was great.
Sheets had holes in them Tub was rusty You could hear people talking and making noise all night long There was no threshold for the door I would not stay there again or recommend it to nobody!

Not as advertised. Supposed to be king size bed suite. Pictures on website looked great very deceiving.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Carpet had greases stains that might have indicated engine repairs in room. No towels in bathroom. Luckily I always travel with my own towel and pillow. The only good thing that I can say about the bed was it kept me off the floor. The only positive I have to say about the room was nice water pressure in the shower

Worst Hotel Stay Ever

I tried to resolve my concerns with the hotel. They informed me that they were unable to compensate me because I booked my room through Expedia and that when Expedia contacted the hotel they would state my complaints and issue a discount. No towels to shower with and we were told that they have to be washed, the sheets on the bed were dirty when we checked in. I asked them to change the sheets the maid came in and put the same dirty sheets back on the bed and once again I was told that they have no more sheets to put on the bed. There was food on the floor under the bed from past customers and I pulled the bed from the wall for the maid to see. She pushed the bed back to the wall and left the food under the bed. The towel rack was nonexistent. The only thing left on the wall was one piece of the rack hook and a hook where one once was. The only means of compensation was to move us to another room with no clean sheets and a dirty washroom. The other hotels in the area a booked due to an event taking place. We had no other choice but to stay in a dirty hotel where the managers do not care.

This is by far the most horrible stay I have ever had. Arriving there the staff is not what you would call welcoming. Amongst themselves, staff feel its okay to be cussing up a storm in front of customers. The room itself was "made" but I would not say it was clean. The description is deceiving as there is no microwave available, no working phone or clock, and the fire detector was non existent (was ripped out of wall). There idea of continental breakfast was a juice machine. There was not even coffee available the first day we stayed. And if any of that was not bad enough, I woke one morning covered in what only can be described as insect bites. Not sure what bit me but I will tell you that I slept on top of the comforters and used by own blankets. I did try getting a room elsewhere but was not able and was stuck at this awful place.
