Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Sun City West. The home is within the gated community of Corte Bella. This gorgeous property features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, 2 bathrooms with luxurious amenities like a bidet. Home is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you will need for entertaining both inside and outside. Refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, washer, dryer, all bathroom and bedroom linens, WiFi, Firestick TV in living room, antenna TV in master bedroom. The patio area is furnished with dining table which allows comfortable seating for 6\. The patio area also includes two chase lounges with an umbrella, natural gas grill, propane fire pit with 4 chairs, couch, love seat, 2 end tables and large coffee table.   
Access to Corte Bella community swimming pool, golf, exercise facility, restaurant, tennis courts, pickleball courts and other amenities.   
(HOA requires rental be at least 30 consecutive days; at least one of the renters  
 must be 55 or older; owner is storing small car in two car garage)
