Your mileages may vary, but I was looking for a budget option close to st. 172, riverside, and rest of the usual (early) nightlife scene. This place is close enough to the action, but still far enough that street noise won't be a problem. We stayed here before and were satisfied so came back when we returned to town. Price was higher this time and they didn't remember us even though we had only been gone 3 days and they requested we return, so had to fill out paperwork again. Were bummed to discover that even though we had reserved a room with double bed, we were given two twins, and told too bad, we don't have any more doubles. Then the bathroom lights were out so we had to ask a staff member to come up and change the bulbs at 8pm. Didn't work and left a mess in both areas. Still there when I left. Our room was super small! The only thing they could fit in this room was the double bed and nothing more. The bathroom is almost as big as the room. The service was good but you kind of had to ask for it.
