Your mileages may vary, but I was looking for a budget option close to st. 172, riverside, and rest of the usual (early) nightlife scene. This place is close enough to the action, but still far enough that street noise won't be a problem. Organised a very reliable tuk tuk driver to take us to the Tamao zoo and the airport. Close to main attractions and restaurants. We stayed here before and were satisfied so came back when we returned to town. Price was higher this time and they didn't remember us even though we had only been gone 3 days and they requested we return, so had to fill out paperwork again. Were bummed to discover that even though we had reserved a room with double bed, we were given two twins, and told too bad, we don't have any more doubles. Then the bathroom lights were out so we had to ask a staff member to come up and change the bulbs at 8pm. Less than 20 m2. They had some linen draped above the bed to make it look more fancy, like there's a canopy.
