We stayed here before and were satisfied so came back when we returned to town. Price was higher this time and they didn't remember us even though we had only been gone 3 days and they requested we return, so had to fill out paperwork again. Were bummed to discover that even though we had reserved a room with double bed, we were given two twins, and told too bad, we don't have any more doubles. Then the bathroom lights were out so we had to ask a staff member to come up and change the bulbs at 8pm. Less than 20 m2\. They had some linen draped above the bed to make it look more fancy, like there's a canopy. Für einen Kurztripp immer wieder schön. Very little worked and many things are broken. Shower dripped constantly, tv didn't work, broken flush mechanism. Bathroom light switch broken. Cleaning on only one of my three days, involved tipping rubbish from onto floor and sweeping it out the door. Staff were not helpful, when you could find someone. One man tried fixing shower and tv. Didn't work and left a mess in both areas. Still there when I left. Our room was super small! The only thing they could fit in this room was the double bed and nothing more. The bathroom is almost as big as the room. The service was good but you kind of had to ask for it.
