Nearly detached single storey spacious stone bungalow on approximately 400m2 of own land. Wheelchair friendly, opposite a water park with wheelchair-friendly fishing pond, 200m from the village center, 400m from beach and sea. A very spacious landscaped lockable and sheltered back garden on the south. Entrance hall: spacious hall with right entrance to living room and left wardrobe and toilet. Further to the left 2 persons bedroom. Right door to garage and utility room, and backyard. Slanted across the bedroom door to kitchen. Spacious living room in "l" shape with spacious kitchen with cooking island, fridge, dishwasher, etc .... In living room hallway to 2nd bedroom with 2: single beds, spacious bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. Go straight to master bedroom with patio garden doors. In the house there is central heating, wifi, games and puzzles, TV and radio CD. In the utility room are the washing machine and dryer, and there is an opportunity to hang the laundry. Ironing board and iron, large BBQ, In the garage is an extra large fridge freezer. For the somewhat less mobile guest there is a shower chair, and wheelchair present and a beach chair with very thick tires. And a "parchment bracket" for top / back bed in the master bedroom. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht und noch einiges mehr. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kinderhochstühle, Rollstühle, auch für den Strand sowie Bollerwagen, Seniorenbett. Sehr Freundlicher Gastgeber, der gut kommuniziert, auch per WhatsApp bei Abwesenheit. Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass das Haus etwas alt ist und sich offensichtlich dadurch etwas Feuchtigkeit ausgebreitet hat. Dem kann man aber mit gutem Lüften Abhilfe schaffen. Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in einer sehr guten Lage in einem von Touristen nicht überlaufenen Ort. Es gibt gute Betten, eine bequeme und relativ neue Küche, eine gut funktionierende Heizung und einen wirklich tollen, abgeschlossenen Garten. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Der Gastgeber ist extrem hilfsbereit und aufmerksam und wohnt nicht weit weg. Allerdings ist das Haus sozusagen in seinem ursprünglichen Bauzustand aus den späten 60er Jahren, was an manchen Stellen sehr charmant wirkt und an anderen nach einer dringenden Erneuerung schreit – der Sanitärbereich zum Beispiel. Den muffigen Geruch im Schlafzimmer konnten wir durch intensives Durchlüften reduzieren.Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden und würden wiederkommen. ##### Evgeny K. Ich nenne hier nur einige Beispiele: Kein Fenster und keine Terrassentüre (Küche defekt; Schlafzimmer nicht wieder zu verschließen, ohne von außen nachzuhelfen) war zu öffnen, um frische Luft ins Haus zu lassen; die Tapeten (60er Jahre) im Hausflur (Garderobe) hingen feucht von den Wänden; die behindertengerechte Toilette war mit einer Toilettenbrille versehen, wo jede heruntergekommene Autobahntoilette mithalten könnte; der am Boden befestigte Haltegriff war nur noch mit Farbresten versehen, die in Kopfhöhe angebrachte Hygienedusche (porös und vergilbt) neben dem Toilettenkörper war tatsächlich ekelig und und und. Wer denkt, dies sei übertrieben oder nicht fair, dem sende ich gerne Fotos. Hätte also dieses Haus 80,- pro Tag gekostet, und wir wären so dem Karneval entkommen, wäre eine Rezension entbehrlich. Für 275,- pro Tag sollte ein zukünftiger Interessent informiert sein, bevor er sich - wie wir - auf eine 9,7 Bewertung verlässt. Da hilft auch ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber nichts. ##### Baerbel L. Die Übernahme des Hauses verlief problemlos. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein, Schokolade und frische Blumen bereit und wir fühlten uns in dem weihnachtlich geschmückten Haus sofort wohl. Das Badezimmer war groß, ein exra GästeWC bei 6 Personen ist sehr praktisch. Die Küche war ungewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist selbst für sechs Personen und einen Hund groß. Die Lage ist ruhig und wir konnten in wenigen Minuten am Strand und in den Dünen sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Andreas S. Er hat uns bis ins letzte Detail das Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus ist sicher schon was älter und in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles was man braucht und mehr. Außerdem ein schöner komplett eingezäunter Freisitz. Super bequeme Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, der Teenie war happy mit dem Wlan und dem Smart TV und der Vermieter bekommt 6 von 5 Sternen. Für jüngere Kinder gibt es direkt hinter dem Haus einen Spielplatz und eine Wiese zum Toben. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt . Vielen Dank dafür ##### Ilona T.
