Lovely snug cottage
We had a lovely time at Dougals Cottage. Although the weather was unkind we stayed warm and cosy in the cottage, using the log burner to jeat the entire property easily. The kitchen is excellently equipped with everything you could reasonably need including a slow cooker for rainy day stews Beds are comfy with high quality linens. An all round excellent stay.

Amazing getaway
My girlfriend and I stayed for 7 night's. We loved the cottage and location for exploring Cornwall. I would highly recommend Dougals Cottage.

4/5 Good

A very pretty interior but tv needs updating
The downstairs is very comfortable with a well designed kitchen, good quality glass and china, brilliant views and a tame robin in the back garden Upstairs the walls are very thin and the floorboards squeak , not very good for light sleepers like us. We thought fitted carpets would help enormously. The storage was good but full of thE cottage linen. We are in our seventies . I think the cottage would be More suitable For slightly younger guests. The cottage was spotless plenty of heating and hot water And overall a delight inspite of my remarks..The views at the back are breathtaking and the road from Pendeem to St.Ives just beautiful. It is a very interesting and historic landscape.
