Set in the grounds of the historical Plas Gwyn Estate this fabulous grade II listed cottage dating back to the 1700's, all on one level is a dream! Surrounded by the grounds of this sporting estate and woodlands, you will feel like you are miles from anywhere or anyone. Exquisitely decorated to ensure all guests lucky enough to stay at this picture postcard cottage will be both comfy and relaxed. As you walk through each room its very clear that the owners have taken special care to keep the traditional feel but with style. The house is ideal for a base to explore this beautiful part of the world, but equally so, if guests are looking for a retreat, a calming location to walk, enjoy nature, or go for a bike ride this is also the perfect choice. Guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds of the estate and also the adjoining woodlands which is perfect for mountain biking. The stunning Victorian seaside town of Beaumaris is only five minutes away. Beaumaris is super popular and busy all year round with a great selection of fine restaurants, bars and independently run shops and, the castle and the old gaol - you won't run out of things to see or do. Nearby Menai Bridge is becoming more and more popular and is the home of Rib Ride so why not hop on a speedboat for an exhilarating ride up and down the strait discovering the history and the many hidden coves. The cathedral town of Bangor is a hop skip and jump away where you will find all the usual High Street stores and supermarkets. With Mount Snowdon only 15 minutes away by car, this cottage will be just the ticket if you get the urge for a strenuous hike! From the cottage you can take a leisurely stroll to The Panton Arms or hop in the car to enjoy the miles and miles of golden sands on Benllech Beach (2 Mins) and eat fish and chips watching the world go by! Pentraeth beach is just a stones throw away too! Sitting room - Cosy sitting room with log burning fire, sofas, TV, books & games. Dining room - A formal dining room, ideal for enjoying breakfast whilst watching the sun rise over the meadow. Kitchen - The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker & hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, microwave, washer / dryer, Bedrooms - Two delightful bedrooms, one with double bed and twin single beds. Bathrooms - The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo & wash basin. Outside - Large lawned gardens surrounding the whole cottage. Garden furniture is provided and there is a decked area just perfect for relaxing with a good book on summer evening and glass of wine. Parking: Ample parking next to the cottage.
