The home is situated right on the beach, so we were treated to gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset and could walk straight out to the sand whenever we wanted. The house itself is very well stocked—not just with the basics, but with thoughtful extras like beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys, which made it easy and fun for the whole family to enjoy our time by the water.What really made our experience stand out was our hostess, Ariel. She was welcoming, accommodating, and always quick to respond. Ariel clearly knows the area well and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and fun activities. On a rainy afternoon, she even suggested a visit to the Orange Beach Arts Center for glass blowing, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.Between the unbeatable location, the comfort and convenience of the house, and Ariel’s warm hospitality, this was easily one of the best beach vacations we’ve ever had. It was nice having private access to the beach because it made it a lot less crowded. Being located on the Florida side was also a plus as it wasn’t as busy to go grocery shopping and to drive around and see the sites. We didn’t expect the noise from the construction next-door as they’re building a massive multi family complex on the other side of the wall, however, that cannot be controlled. Washer and Dryer along with all other appliances was great. We didn’t go out to eat at all and were able to spend more time at the beach. Remember to set up on the beach between the property boundaries to avoid any conflicts with the multifamily complex neighbors to the East. Overall a solid location and very easy and convenient for our family. ##### Justin J. It's a little far away from all the things, but not too bad, and the beach is pretty secluded.
