It is located 1000 m. from the sea and small gravel coves. In the southern area of ​​Peñíscola, 4 km. from the city centre and the fine sandy beach.COMPOSITION: Set of apartment blocks of different types with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two singles. All with washing machine and TV. They do not have Wi-Fi or air conditioning.AMENITIES: Adult/children's swimming pool, corresponding to each building (OPEN FROM 15/06-15/09, subject to modification by the community of neighbours of the building).
