### Villa La Sella KN in exclusive area of La Sella
The chalet is located in La Sella, very central, with a horse riding centre next to it. The house consists of two floors, on a large plot of 2000 m2, the garden is simple with many pine trees, palm trees, shrubs and other plants. After the 7x7m swimming pool with Roman steps and the barbecue, there are another 4000 m2 approx. of open field with mainly pine trees and olive trees. The house is distributed as follows: downstairs there is a living-dining room with TV/SAT and simple furniture, a renovated open kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. All rooms have access to the covered terrace. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and another bedroom with two single beds with bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace with views of the pool and the sea. The sports centre with squash and tennis courts, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and La Sella golf club are approx. 4 Km, to Dénia 10 Km and to the beach 12 Km. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available on the plot.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
