This custom built beauty located on the ocean side of Highway 17 in charming and coveted Pawleys Island, South Carolina.   
  
Just a short ride to pristine sandy shores, this raised beach cottage offers an exceptional opportunity for a seaside retreat. Only 3 years old, this well-maintained property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level, as well as a full bedroom and bathroom suite downstairs (with private lockout entry) providing ample space for you and your friends. This vacation home is only 1.2 miles from the beach.  
  
The open-concept living and kitchen area boasts natural views through oversized windows, creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. A favorite feature of guests is the spacious private deck is the perfect sipping spot for your morning coffee.   
  
An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, wireless internet access, and Starbucks™.

This property comes with ample parking for guests they may want to bring a boat to enjoy some fishing. Your beachside vacation is waiting for you!
