Close to all sites and the metro. Also great rates at Bureau de Change across the street and lovely little cafe/bar and Boulangerie done the road that save you money.

Orribile...

Travelling tanners in Paris

Posted 06-Nov-2015 on Hotels
The hotel was in a quiet side street and only 10 mins walk from Notre Dame and 5 mins from the louvre. It was a great location as many of the hop on hop off buses pass these attractions so was easy for access across Paris. There were plenty of well priced restaurants local bars and in the next street gourmet food if that is your style. The hotel itself was full of character, slightly aged but adding to the character. If I had wanted a room to sit in all day or bath in a pool I would have chosen this option but our 3 night stay was to see the sights and this hotel allowed just that. I would return, sorry I will return to this area with very handy 24 hour parking at the end of the road under Saint Eustache church

Bed bug alert

Posted 06-Nov-2015 on Hotels
Although the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful it is unfortunate that I have to report that I was bitten by bed bugs on this visit. I woke on my final morning and noticed a series of marks on my arm that left me perplexed. I visited my doctor the next day back home and he indicated that it was bed bug bites. Hotels.com said they would contact the hotel to inform them on my behalf.

Not too far from downtown area

Posted 02-Nov-2015
Pros: The best feature was the jacuzzi tub. I liked that you did have the choice to eat breakfast.
Cons: The most disappointing feature was that I could hear the people on the floor above me.
Location: The Louvre was very close by and a good many restaurants.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The best feature was the Jacuzzi tub. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was in a good area of restaurants and very close to the Louvre.

Within walking distance of several tourist attractions. Perfect if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep so you can explore the city
