First they emailed me saying that they will cancel my other booking because I only paid for one room, when I PREPAID for 2 bedrooms. Then I have to contact Expedia to settle things. A day before we arrive they wmailed me again saying “If I dont confirm the booking before the end of the day they will cancel the booking.” i emailed them again informing them that it has been prepaid and and we are arriving on the said date. Whta the heck is wrong with this hotel? The elevator stops in between floors and the staff are lazy and unprofessiomal.

The hotel was just right. Good location, comfortable and friendly staff. Ideal hotel if you just intend sleeping there on a night time. No noise from outside.

Leonardo da Vinci- a great choice!

Posted 25-Sep-2017 on Hotels
An excellent hotel, clean, comfortable, a picturesque room! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming; it was reasonably priced and near to the centre of Paris - couldn't have wished for more!

Nice place for quiet stay

Posted 17-Apr-2017 on Hotels
Hotel is located in a great neighborhood. Location is quiet for great sleeping, but even better when you walk one block in any direction for great local food, drinks and coffee. Easy access to public transit. Tri-Lingual staff was a bonus. Restaurant was only open in the morning. Room did not have AC. Showers are a bit snug(even by European standards).

Bad customer service & room reeking of cigarette

Posted 22-Dec-2013 on Hotels
My stay was terrible. We booked a non-smoking room for 2 days & as soon as we walked in the room reeked of cigarette, it was so bad we had to get our bed sheets change dbecause tehy smelled too. We went to see the receptionist to get another room for the next day. The next day he told us we should have confirmed the request in the morning that it was too late... I asked to talk to a manager and he let me know she would be in the following day. When I talked to the Manager about my issue with the cigarette smell, she screamed at me hurling that cigarette smells and there is nothing they can do about it, they cannot control people who smoke when/where it's forbidden. She was rude to me and never apologized for the condition of the rooms. Still shouting ta me, she said she would give me a 10Euro discount for the 2nd night, which is peanuts I think, and ended up not even applying the discount she promised. I wrote a letter to their management but never got any response. This was a terrible experience, I don't recommend this hotel, they really don't care about customers well being during their stay. They were just happy to take money without providing the service I paid for.

Comfortable rooms

The rooms aren't too bad, but the hotel is a fair distance from main attractions
