Bad customer service & room reeking of cigarette

My stay was terrible. We booked a non-smoking room for 2 days & as soon as we walked in the room reeked of cigarette, it was so bad we had to get our bed sheets change dbecause tehy smelled too. We went to see the receptionist to get another room for the next day. The next day he told us we should have confirmed the request in the morning that it was too late... I asked to talk to a manager and he let me know she would be in the following day. When I talked to the Manager about my issue with the cigarette smell, she screamed at me hurling that cigarette smells and there is nothing they can do about it, they cannot control people who smoke when/where it's forbidden. She was rude to me and never apologized for the condition of the rooms. Still shouting ta me, she said she would give me a 10Euro discount for the 2nd night, which is peanuts I think, and ended up not even applying the discount she promised. I wrote a letter to their management but never got any response. This was a terrible experience, I don't recommend this hotel, they really don't care about customers well being during their stay. They were just happy to take money without providing the service I paid for.
