About 15 min. from the Grands Boulevards, the Marais and the Louvre and 20 minutes from the Champs Élysées On the ground floor overlooking a wooded courtyard, a bright house where you will appreciate the peace and quiet. Composed of a living room with convertible sofa, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, dining area, open-plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and double sink and 1 toilet, independent which can accommodate 8 travelers. This apartment is equipped with an ambient noise detector to avoid disturbing the neighborhood and as such in case of excess an agent can call you and move
