The Louis Chris Le Mare Gold Villa is part of the Premiere Pearl Villas project in Protaras. The villa (137 sq.m.) provides an exclusive living environment while enjoying the benefits of close proximity to the major shopping town of Paralimni and the resorts of Agia Napa and Protaras. Protaras is within walking distance while everything that the bustling resort town of Ayia Napa has to offer is no more than 15 minutes’ drive away. Thanks to the proximity of the modern highway network, the villa also connects easily with Larnaca International Airport which is only 54km away and less than an hour’s drive.  
The villa includes a private swimming pool with a waterfall (size 28 sq.m) and a roof garden (47 sq.m) with an outdoor jacuzzi and outdoor furniture. It also provides a barbecue, sunbeds and umbrellas.  
The villa also provides plenty of room to simply relax and soak up the soothing Cyprus sun. By utilising an elegant yet contemporary design, the property appears both strikingly sophisticated and atheistically pleasing at the same time.
