Average accommodation.
The rooms were fine. Cleanliness ok. The staff are very accommodating. The common areas need some servicing. Still good value for money. Quiet at night and close to downtown.

no les llego la notificacion de mi reservacion, me apoyaron en brindarme una habitacion sencilla y adecuar una cama individual para que nos pudieramos hospedar. esta bien por costo-beneficio solo que los invito a realizar mas mantenimiento en las instalaciones y mobiliario ya que estan en malas condiciones (a la regadera no le salia agua, el inodoro no tenia tapa, la habitacion no tenia televisión)

Satisfecha de haber elegido hospedarme aquí
Mi experiencia fue muy satisfactoria. Lo que más me gustó fue la calidez del lugar, es una casa enorme, bonita, silenciosa y le da un plus a tu estadía en un pueblo mágico. Si lo que buscan es un imperio hotelero con alberca, gimnasio y pulcritud inmaculada esta no es su opción, pero si buscan un lugar cálido, hogareño, sencillo y que los haga sentirse parte de la comunidad es una opción perfecta. El precio es muy accesible, las habitaciones están limpias, los dueños son muy amables y puedes llegar caminando al centro y a central de autobuses ADO. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El lugar se ve agradable, el personal muy amable y atento pero el mobiliario descuidado y el desaseo de las habitaciones sin palabras. El baño no había sido limpiado nunca!

Bueno pero podría mejorar
No tenían nuestra reservación, sino hubieran tenido habitaciones disponibles, no se que habría pasado. El lugar se ve bonito, es pintoresco, las habitaciones están amplias y bien decoradas, el personal muy gentil sin embargo para llegar la vereda está muy sola, la habitación trasminaba del techo, goteaba ya q había llovido y La regadera tapada de sarro.
