Loved our stay!
Condo was 2nd floor right over the pool. It was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Loved the big shower in Master BR. The bed in Master BR was a little worn with dipped in areas. We rotated the mattress and got a little better comfort/sleep. We were going to make mixed drinks but could not get the blender to work. No problem we made do. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Could not have asked for a better condo or location. The Treasure Island staff was amazing. Always working and keeping things in tip top shape. 2 nights before departure I pulled up my email to review the checkout details. I clicked on checkout and it actually checked us out. No problem I called downstairs and they fixed it. What no one could figure out for 2 days is why our door code would not work. They came up and tried to work on it two times and it still did not work. Someone pretty much had to stay in the room at all times to let us back in, this was very aggravating. Finally late the last afternoon we realized what had happened was when I accidentally checked us out. They reset the Code and everything was good. Can't blame anyone really for that, but hopefully no one will make the same mistake. We want to go back next year but if more family goes we will need a bigger room. If not we will try for the same room. Thank You for keeping your condo updated and well supplied. When we opened the shower door it smelled of cleaning products, that was a good feeling.
