BED ARRANGEMENT:

Master Bedroom: King Bed with private bathroom (with access to balcony overlooking the Gulf).
Guest Bedroom: King Bed (in entrance of condo next to bunk room)
Bunk Room: Bunk bed with twin on top/bottom with barn door for PRIVACY (entrance of condo across from guest bathroom)
Living room: Queen size sleeper sofa
Living room: Twin size sleeper sofa

Distance to Beach: Across the street, 2 min walk through the gated beach access for Laketown Wharf.

This is a NON-smoking unit that is strictly enforced.

There is a one time Resort Fee of $95 (plus Taxes + Fees) per group to be paid ahead of time to Laketown Wharf separate from any Vrbo fees via a link that will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.

The resort fee covers wristbands for up to 8 people, includes 2 parking spots, and grants access to all the amenities at Laketown Wharf to include the 5 pools, hot tubs, and fitness center. Wristbands need to be worn during your stay and have smart technology that opens the doors to the pools and fitness center.

Laketown Wharf charges a $100 fee if you lose your wristband and it needs to be replaced. Wristbands are disposable and can be thrown away following your visit.

Two parking spaces are included with your resort fee. There is a paid parking lot operated by the City of Panama City Beach for EXCESS VEHICLES if you are planning to bring more than 2 vehicles that is located at 9941 Thomas Drive (Across from Ripley's Believe it or not/walking distance to Laketown Wharf). Guests and visitors can park and pay on the go through the Passport Parking mobile app. Parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12.00 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate, as well, for $84.00.
