Shores of Panama 314 provides 907 sq ft of comfortable living space. As soon as you walk into the condo, you will notice the open-air feel and the spacious open floor plan. The condo features cool colors, detailed interior decor, wooden floors, and nice artwork that make it feel like you are staying in a friend's home. The living room space is a huge room that offers a ton of seating for you and your guests. You can relax on the large couch and watch your favorite show or movie on the smart TV in the evenings. Or, you can lay on the love seat and read a book, gaze out of the sliding glass doors that lead out the private deck, or take a midday nap. We love how you can get off of the couch and be outside in just seconds! Walk over the glass doors and open them to feel the warm breeze in your hair, the sunshine on your face, and the sounds of the ocean in the distance. You can sit on one of the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the deck and gaze out at the bright blue water, palm trees, and never-ending views. Parking garage was tight but we didn’t have any trouble. The sofa was uncomfortable. However the bed was very uncomfortable. I would stay here again. ##### Lynetta T. Our family loved staying here. The view was great everyday and we loved only being on the 3rd floor, that we didnt have to wait on the elevator. The place wasn't very clean when we came in, sand was on everything and left over clothes and food from previous renters was still there. It wasnt a big deal though, we just cleaned up the place ourselves and everything was good. We would definitely stay here again ##### Chad D. Condo had everything we needed. The last few days after a big storm we couldn’t get the tv in the main room to work again. The sofa was not comfortable and seems to be worn out. The wait for elevators was terrible , I was happy we were on the 3rd floor. We took the stairs most of the time. Our condo was perfect and staff were friendly. Close to everything we needed. We had six people in a Jeep Cherokee so we did not bring as much stuff with us this year. Luckily out condo had beach chairs and a wagon. We bought a new umbrella, 10x10 canopy and chair and donated it to our condo since we had no room to take it home with us. My son and I went down for a baseball tournament and found this property. It was perfect for us. LOVED being on the 3rd floor w/ parking ON our floor so easy access to our car and we only had to walk a couple of flights to get to the pool whereas our friends waited a LONG time at various times of the day for an elevator. Compared to teammates our room was clean. I don't think you can ever find a place that isn't going to have a little leftover sand. Plenty of towels. Great selection of stuff to bring to the beach for fun including a wagon (but you definitely need two people to help with pulling pushing as it's not made for sand). Our two hour flight from OKC was cancelled causing an unexpected 16 hour drive. As a result, we lost our first night of the reservation so it cut our time even shorter. We were pleased with the accommodations. Check in was easy. The 3rd floor parking was convenient with the elevator situation. The view was breathtaking. The pool was perfect for our needs. The soft sands and beautiful sunset was good for the heart. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend here. If we ever return to this area, I will definitely be looking to reserve the same room! ##### Debbie B. The parking spot is on the same floor as the condo making it easy to unload and load. No waiting. The only problem we had was the internet and TV never worked. We cackled the number provided but they never came. We spend most of our time at the beach or by the beautiful pool so it was not really an issue for us.
