Contemporary furnishings throughout this exquisite home create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay, and the premiere bedroom features 222 sq. ft. private desk. Bifold patio doors lead to your private enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining table, gas barbecue grill and a saltwater “spool,” which is a small pool that heats up to spa temperature when needed.

The Que at Vibe is centrally located in Palm Springs, and within a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. It offers a clubhouse with pool and spa, bocce courts, electric car charging stations, pocket parks and private access. This home truly sets the bar high, catering to the most discerning of guests. This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

Refundable Utility Deposit
The total rent includes a Utility Deposit of $1,000 refundable per month.
The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
