This is a very quiet residential condo community with many families. The St. Joes Walkway trail system is conveniently located along the river behind the condo building and connects to the entire trail network. It is great for biking, hiking, or walking among nature. Guests are also able to rent bikes, kayaks, and boats at the neighboring marina.
You will need a car to get to most places, but since this home is centrally located, it only takes 5–10 minutes to get nearly everywhere in Palm Coast.
