This house located at the center point of the city has been completely updated, from the bathtub, to the flooring, to furniture. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has free parking either in the driveway or on the street and a bonus bedroom upstairs. Right in the middle of Owensboro, you're within one mile of Starbucks and a local coffee shop. You're actually not far from anything. It’s an awesome location that's great for a family or anyone looking for a place to relax after a long day at work.

Perfect Getaway
You can tell when you pull up to this property that it is well cared for by the great landscaping, hanging flower baskets, plants/flowers on the front porch, and awesome bench. The back deck is also very nice. It smelled clean and was spotless which was noticed and appreciated as soon as you walked in. We appreciated all the effort that the owners made to make our stay top notch. They had a welcome basket with snacks and water bottles in the kitchen and a container in the bathroom with toothbrushes, tooth paste, and deodorant (both men and women scents), so considerate! The master bedroom bed was super comfortable and the bedding was top notch. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back again! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed! Great price for a great house! Thank You!
