We are available via phone & in the app. We have 2 free parking spots on site. We are walking distance from local grocery stores and have public parking 50 meters from our property. Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. Early Check-in/Late Check Out is available. Please ask. Please remember that you\`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7\. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit. 8\. Clean the bbq after each use. 9\. Garbage goes in garbage cans, cardboard in black box and other recycling in blue bin. 10\.
