Ein sehr geräumige überdachte Terrasse mit Außenküche und mehreren Sitz- / Essbereichen, von denen Raucher und Nichtraucher die Ruhe, den Blumengarten und die dahinter liegenden Wiesen genießen können.

Es macht Spaß, zusammen zu sein und gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit zu haben, sich von den Massen zu trennen wenn Mann sich kurze zurückziehen möchte, was in so eine große Gruppe manchmal ein wenig Ruhe bietet.

Es gibt eine Liste und eine Präsentation mit rund 150 Reisen: Im Bereich Wasser, Wellness, Natur, Kultur und Unterhaltung wie Burgen, Vergnügungsparks, Klettern, Radfahren, Wandern und vielem mehr.

In dem geräumigen Haus finden Sie 6 Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne und guter Dusche, eine Loggia mit freiem Blick auf den Garten.

Ein voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler und einen 5-Flammen-Gasherd und das Wohnzimmer mit einem Esstisch für 12 bis 15 Personen.

Neben der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer haben Sie Zugang zum überdachten Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzbereichen und einer Außenküche mit Kochherd und Gas-BBQ.

Von der Terrasse aus können Sie den blumigen Garten und den Klang von Nichts, die Vögel oder vielleicht die fröhlichen Stimmen der (kleinen) spielenden Kinder genießen.

Das heutigen Gartenhaus (dd. 25-03-2023) am Ende des Gartens wird in Juli abgebrochen und zunächst, möglichst im August, am andere Stelle neu gebaut.

Ein eingezäunten Garten mit Liegewiese/ Spielfeld und ein wenig Kinderspielzeug.

Das gesamte Grundstück ist beidseitig eingezäunt mit schöne neue Sichtschutze aus hochwertiges Holz.
Der Hinterseite ist von einem 1 mtr hohes Gartennetz eingezäunt damit de Sicht auf der Wiese bleibt.
Der kleine Teich ist eingezäunt.

Die Kinder (und Hunde) können damit in ungezwungener Atmosphäre sicher spielen.
