Timber house in Rönnäs cottage area built in 2007.
The house is of a suterbed type and on the ground floor there is a family room with braskamin. Bathroom with triangular hot tub, sauna and toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine and condenser room. In the middle floor bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with bunk bed 2 + 1. Toilet, hall and modern fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker and dishwasher fridge freezer as well as patio balcony.
In the attic there is an inflatable double mattress, 40cm high. There is also a TV with 10 Swedish channels.
On the plot there is also a guest cottage with 4 beds shower and toilet. If you want to book it, it will be added to the price by 250: - / night.
The summer kitchen with fixed barbeque grill weber 57cm and also a gasol / charcoal grill and a smaller refrigerator
Wood-burning hot tub for 6-8 people.
At cost 50 SEK / bag.
Growth house 40m2 used for farming and outdoor space with wood burning stove. At cost price (see above) The forest is located just outside the house with several options for hikes.
Pets like dogs or cats are eliminated due to allergies.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten 10 schöne Tage in dem Haus von Tommy und Elisabeth und können es gern weiter empfehlen. Hier findet man Ruhe und freundliche Schweden, egal wo wir hingekommen sind. Die Sitzgelegenheit im Gewächshaus, das Boot und die Sauna haben wir nicht benutzt und den Whirlpool nur einmal, weil die Düsen verschmutzt waren. Ansonsten hatten wir alles, was man braucht!

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung!
Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und verfügt über ein schönes Spa. Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet, mit einem Gewächshaus, einer lauschigen Grill-Ecke und einer großen Terrasse - alles lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist super, der See ist einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt mit schöner Badestelle und einem Motorboot zur freien Verfügung. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir hatten hier eine fantastische Woche!

Tolles Haus und tolle Umgebung
Der Besitzer bietet sein Zuhause als Ferienunterkunft an so das alle Kleinigkeiten vorhanden sind. Es ist super ausgestattet, der Garten mit Gewächshaus ist idyllisch, gemütlicher Grillplatz und eine Schaukel für die Kids. Sauna, Wirlpool, kleines Motorboot- alles genutzt und viel Spaß gehabt. Alles was wir für einem tollen Urlaub brauchten. Umkompliziert und nett- die Landschaft gabs dazu ...

Unterkunft für Angler ideal
Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass die Gegend nicht/kaum über ausgewiesene Wander- und Radwege verfügt. Daher war die Freizeitgestaltung außer für meinen angelnden Sohn recht mühsam. Haben selber Wege auf "Gut Glück" gesucht und sind diese mehrmals gegangen. Nicht erbaulich. Ein Trost war dann die Sauna am Nachmittag und das auf dem schönen Grill zubereitete Abendessen. Ein schöner abendlicher Zeitvertreib wäre auch gewesen, wenn das Fernsehgerät einige deutsche Sender bereitgehalten hätte. Die "Poolwanne" haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir darin keinen Erholungswert sahen (langwierige Vor- und Nachbereitung) und eine solche Einrichtung uns auch nicht bekannt war. Angenehm war auch das Frischgemüse aus dem Gewächshaus und die reichlichen Sitzgelegenheiten aussen.
