This floor plan is the biggest of any condo in Windsor Hills and with 1410 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic! Located less than 2 minutes from the main clubhouse and pool area, complete with a superb water park, Incredible's Hideaway provides an enjoyable view of some of the resort amenities which can be enjoyed from your private patio. As you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped. A little more room is always a good thing for a family on vacation, but Incredible's Hideaway still has a relaxing feel to it, which probably comes from the soothing pastel shades chosen to decorate the condo. The tasteful furnishings, the amount of thought that has gone into preparing the home, and the themed bedroom that kids will really love, all combine to make this lovely condo an ideal choice for a family vacation. Incredible's Hideaway sleeps 8 people comfortably, and this is where the extra living space really does come into play. The bedrooms consist of one King size master which has full en-suite facilities, a Queen room which is very nicely decorated too, and a third bedroom which houses 2 sets of twin bunk beds, themed for children featuring their favorite Incredible characters. The Queen and Bunk bedrooms share the second full bathroom. We should also at this point add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay, another great feature offered in your home from home. Incredible's Hideaway also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a large flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. \*Every room has a wall mounted TV, and please note that the condominium also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool and water slides. Another really attractive feature of this home is that all the floors are either tiled or have laminate flooring, so no carpets to worry about here, something that is proving to be increasingly popular with guests. After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. Windsor Hills Resort Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. We wanted to stay off property but close to WDW so we could take some days off between parks. This condo is about 10 mins from Magic Kingdom and was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool on our off days and even booked the theater one day. The pool is about a 1 minute drive from the condo and the park is a 3 minute drive. We had planned on cooking (though we did not sue to lack of time), but there are no spices- including salt and pepper. It would have been nice to have basic spices. There is a stroller in the master closet and that was great to have at the parks. The only other thing I would mention is that the water has a musty smell but I think that's probably typical of Florida. Sean was quick to respond with questions. Great stay! ##### Jasmine B. Upon first look, the place was great, except we walked in to a beeping smoke detector. We ended up removing it from the ceiling after contacting Vacasa and never having Maintenance show up to change the battery. Enough beds for all the kids, comfortable couches, washer and dryer, linens, towels, and the screened in balcony. Upon closer inspection - no pizza cutter (should be a staple at any house), the keypad quit working (there was a back up key we had access to after contacting Vacasa), and it needed a deep cleaning. The location was ideal to get to SeaWorld and other parks and recreation. The resorts amenities were awesome. Having a pool with water slides on a daily basis was fantastic. The kids used that area a lot and enjoyed the snacks, weight room (18+), ping pong tables, hot tub and it was all within walking distance. ##### Amber W. We had a bit of an issue checking in; the guard didn’t have our names as guests on the location I rented. After some time he was able to locate us under a completely different unit not even owned by them. It took quite some time to get someone on the phone to figure out what was going on. After a long drive with overtired kids, it was frustrating to have that issue and not much urgency from vacasa. They didn’t seem bothered by the issue and didn’t offer much resolution. The guard was nice enough to let us in as guests of the wrong unit, but there was no follow up from the company to confirm that we had the right place. Luckily there wasn’t anyone already in the condo when we attempted to enter, and our stay was uninterrupted. They were supposed to call us back with a resolution and never did. I’m not sure if it was an error on the part of vacasa or Windsor hills, but neither party cared to resolve or communicate with us. The condo itself was very clean and the only issue inside was the fridge/freezer not being very cold. We didn’t realize until it was much later that nothing was freezing in the freezer and items in the fridge weren’t super cold. We didn’t end up reporting it to vacasa because we had a short stay and didn’t feel they would do much while we were there. We had bottles of water in the freezer for 3 days that never came close to freezing and we tossed the leftovers in the fridge to be safe. ##### Krissy R. Our unit was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the oversize towels and the included beach towels for use at the pool. Glass tops on tables and leather couch were easy to keep clean. Appliances all in working order. Overall, our stay was pleasant and as advertised. Only issue was that remote to DVD player in living room is missing. The amenities at Windsor Hills are excellent, and are about to get better with the opening of a new water slide feature. The pool is heated, so it is usable even on chilly days. This year was our third time renting at Windsor Hills, and it is rapidly becoming our default choice for visits to the Orlando area. We have had a good vacation experience with every visit.
