Walk to Epic Universe and the OCCC Spacious 2000 Sq ft lakeview condo next to the Main Pool and Clubhouse. This condo has one of the best pool and lake views on the resort. It has a classic design throughout with new high end vinyl flooring. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. You will love coming home to this comfortable and well-appointed condo after a long day at the parks or conventions. \*\*A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host. THE SPACE With the most sought after location on the resort, this spacious 2000sf layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a den with desk and a futon that sleeps 1\. The open plan living and dining area has dining for 4, a large furnished patio and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The south pool and lake-facing living area is open plan with a comfortable seating area with a 60" TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4 with bar seating for 4\. The cook can chat with guests while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal in the fully equipped top of the line kitchen. All the comforts of home and more! Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai. BED & BATH The master bedroom features a king size bed with new pillow-top mattress, top quality linens plus 37” flat screen TV in the master. The huge en-suite bathroom includes his and hers vanity, an oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a king size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have pillow-top mattresses, high quality linens, large flat screens and ceiling fans. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. LOCATION Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants. Why, - it is on the top floor with a wonderful view of lake cay, SeaWorld and beyond. It has a large balcony and many glasses have been consumed there! With three large bedrooms and comfortable living space and two bathrooms it has suited our needs perfectly and easily as a family of four and you could cater for more easily. Vista Cay is a secure gated community away from the 'buzz' of International Drive but close enough to pop and eat there. However, it is only a 10 minute drive from Universal Studio's and about 20 minutes from all Disney World parks, with a large Publix supermarket (a bit like Waitrose in the UK) a 2 minute walk away in a small shopping complex with takeaways too. It also has a pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, small shop and a games room; so for us the best of all worlds. If you want to venture further afield to say Daytona or Kennedy Space Centre (or Center as they spell it in the US) then you are only looking at a 60 minute drive. In the unlikely event you have any problems with your Condo, the best people to help you are Lin and Geoff from Your Vista Cay - they are great and always on call or on hand - we love them! If we go back to Florida, we will stay there again - no doubt about that! Enjoy if you choose to go.
