Step inside of this beautiful 3,117 sqft house and discover a private pool, SPA, BBQ and a game room specially designed to entertain your family and keep the fun going. Enjoy the resort that offers a bar, pool, water slides, spa, lazy river, hot tub, kids splash pad, a game room, gym, sports court or rest on the hammocks! Enjoy!  
  
Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool and spa just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay)  
  
Additionally, there is a game room equipped with 3 arcades, foosball table, air hockey and a TV. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TVs. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.  
  
For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full private bathroom. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms and game room are situated on the second floor.

You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

#### Family Birthday Vacation

We had 12 people staying at the property for a birthday celebration of one of our people. The house decor was exactly as pictured. Everyone was impressed with the design. Housekeeping prior to arrival was pretty good, floors & surfaces in main areas were a bit crumbly, but not terrible. Contacted property manager because upon arrival found that the couch was broken (legs had previously been "repaired" with wood) and not stable, pocket door was off the track, a lot of stains on the carpet even though there is a no food/drink rule in bedrooms, fridge had broken shelves, and some rough wear on walls & furniture from prior vacationers. However, manager sent people out to address the issues and fix what could be fixed. Took a lot of pictures to cya myself before I'd let anyone unpack/settle in and wrote an email with issues right away. The property managers were very responsive and it's not their fault other people are rough on things. Document before you arrive and you should be good. We would stay here again - everyone loved the themes.
