It's located in a quiet and safe gated community with a tennis court and small playground conveniently located \~500 feet from our home.   
  
You'll be a quick 5 - 10 minute drive from restaurants, Publix, Dutch Bros, gas stations, Wal Mart, Twistee Treat, and more! Whether you choose to drive 15mi to Disney World for adventure or stay at home and enjoy the screened pool area, pool table, and smart TVs for relaxation, this house has it all.
