Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The property was infested with poisonous spiders, including black widows, making it impossible for us to enjoy the outdoor space. My daughters were scared to use the pool because of the visible spiders. This wasn’t just uncomfortable — it was a serious health risk. To make things worse, Vacasa provided zero support. No one was sent to clean or inspect the property. We were left to deal with it on our own, and no safe alternative was offered. On top of that, the resort’s clubhouse pool was also unavailable, leaving us with no access to the amenities we paid for. I paid for a peaceful, safe vacation and got the opposite. Vacasa failed in every aspect — safety, cleanliness, and customer service. This was a major letdown, especially for a family trip. I do not recommend renting with Vacasa.
