Amazing vacation home

Absolutely gorgeous home, with all the appliances and extras you could need. A fully stocked play room kept the younger members occupied when we had down time. It was beautiful and clean, and had enough perishable/toiletries to get us through a few days which was a nice touch. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Our New Favourite at Windsor Hills

This is the third time that we have stayed at Windsor Hills and the first time at this house. This house has been the best by far. Just as it appears in the photos; clean and well-kept; great games room; pool heat included; kitchen great with absolutely everything you need; beautiful pool and backyard setting.

Great family vacation spot

House was great for our big family with Plenty of room & very clean. Also, location was great being close to the Disney Parks. Kids enjoyed the park & would have loved the water park if it had been a bit warmer. Game room was a plus for the older ones. Highly recommend this property.

Me and my family loves the time we stayed at the house. It was great getaway to be in the pool and the sun. We enjoy the cleanliness and the instructions given for our stay was cleared and great communications with the hosts. Everything was organized and we had a great time.

Perfect home for family

We are VRBO owners too, and this home met our expectations of a very clean property. We’ve stayed at 4 other properties in the past and this was the cleanest by far. The little ones loved having their own pool and being so close to Magic Kingdom. Neighborhood is quiet and couldn’t have asked for a better space for our family trip. Sandra and Lee responded quickly to questions, that too was appreciated. Will be staying again when we plan our next Disney trip.

Very Nice House and Location

This house is very clean and was well set up for my wife and I, two children, and grand parents. The location really couldn't get any better, as it is a 10 - 12 minute drive from the Disney parks and 5 minutes away from the nearest grocery store. This was very convenient with young kids and not wanting to spend valuable vacation time travelling. The pool in the back space was where we spent most of our time, and really enjoyed. Pool heat in February and use of a barbeque are necessities for us, so it was really nice to find a property that includes both. This was a huge deciding factor in booking this house. South facing pool is a big advantage too. The owners were very good communicators and very pleasant to deal with. We recommend this house and would stay again.

Quiet, Comfortable Retreat

Our family came to Orlando for our summer vacation, and instead of paying exorbitant money to Disney resorts for tiny cramped space and long walks from the parking lot, we chose to rent a home instead. We are so glad we did! The house was clean and comfortable and afforded us plenty of space to spread out when we needed to, and the pool was so refreshing after a day at the parks. Our last day we opted just to stay there and it was wonderful! We swam, we played on the PS3, we ordered carry out - it was the perfect last day or unwinding and resting before heading home. The kids loved their rooms, as did we, and the back “yard” was very private. We enjoyed watching lizards, frogs, and squirrels chase all over the place. We highly recommend this place! Oh - and the little cow out front made it so easy to distinguish our house from the others. Nice touch.

Great stay in Windsor Hills

The previous reviews of this property were very good and I was not disappointed. The house was well equipped and very clean. All of the beds were comfortable and we slept very well every night. This is my third time staying in the Windsor Hills neighborhood because the location is so close to all of the parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports where my daughter was competing. Sandra and Lee were perfect hosts. This has been the most organized stay that I’ve had at Windsor Hills. The first entry into the neighborhood can sometimes be tricky if the host doesn’t give the correct information ahead of time, but with Sandra it was a breeze. I’m unable to review the pool because the weather was so cold and our days so filled that we didn’t use that part of the house. The backyard area looked great and I could see the steam coming off of the heated pool. I highly recommend this property.

Impromptu vacation

My family decided to take a last minute trip to Orlando. I reached out to Lee and Sandra to book their property. The home was as advertised, clean and fully stocked with everything you would need during vacation. Kitchen The appliances were top tier and the kitchen was supplied with everything you would need for a home away from home! There were several good quality pot and pans to cook with. They even had a baby bottle drying rack! Living room The chairs were stylish and comfortable. The sofa was nice but low to the ground, my mom had issues getting up. The television and PlayStation was a plus. Bedrooms My husband and I slept in the upstairs master, it was hard to get out of bed because it was so comfortable!! All of the bathrooms were supplied with a bar of hand soap, shampoo and conditioner which was a plus. Patio The pool and hot tub was just what we needed after a day at the park! My 74 yo mom enjoyed the heated jets on her back! There we plenty of seats and the grill was amazing. Game room The game room was a treasure chest of family fun activities. There were several toys and board games to keep everyone entertained. Overall, our stay was perfect. The only down side was we couldn’t stay longer! I will definitely stay there again. PS- We didn’t visit the resort area :(

Great family vacation

Overall this was a really wonderful house. Sandra and Lee were communicative and answered any questions I had before arriving at the house. We had 12 people ages 2 to 60 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was amazing, the outdoor space was large and incredibly private compared to some of the other pool areas we have seen in resorts. The resort is easily walkable, the sidewalks are in great shape. It takes a little over 10 minutes to get to the clubhouse/main pool area with little kids but you can also drive. Check-in takes a little bit of time at first arrival with the security desk but after that is very easy. We were incredibly happy with our vacation and the kids (and adults) LOVED the game room. There are some toys in the game room as well as DVDs for rainy or cold days. We didn't go to Disney at all but the proximity is very close. The only thing I would mention to other renters is that this is a bare minimum house in terms of provided sundries. It's not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know that we needed to provide anything above the first dishwasher pack/roll of tp/paper towel etc. Sometimes there is oil or condiments or spices but this house is cleaned completely between stays. That being said, the kitchen accessories and utensils were plentiful and we never said "man we wish this house had ...." I would maybe recommend looking at changing out the smaller en suite King bed per my parents suggestion. But again, these are small things among a very wonderful week. Thanks again!

Perfect house for large group

My family and I stayed in this beautiful 6 bedroom home, and we had the best time ever!! The house was perfect for 12 of us, the rooms were large, the pool deck with two tables was just what we needed to accommodate all of us. The owners were quick to respond to my million and one questions, and there was one problem that they took care of immediately! We would 100% stay here again and again and again. Thank you for opening your home and helping to make such amazing memories for my family. The only downside was having to leave to go back home, but we can’t wait to come back.
