It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. 6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. Community is new and the biggest issue was that we couldn’t find it initially bc the road is marked Dr and the listing said avenue. It took us a bit to figure it out and was frustrating upon arrival. But once there it was good. It’s a new property and I was nervous because of lack of reviews, but it turned out. Had plenty of room. Will definitely stay there again! The only thing was no kitchen hand towels or bathroom wash cloths had to use bathroom hand towels. But over all was a great trip! Clean plenty of Room just like it looks in the pictures. One major complaint would be the king bed was awful. It sank in on both sides and had a hump in the middle. They only provided about 7 towels no wash cloths we made do. It's about a 20 minute drive to the parks. The community pool is about 5 minutes away had a hard tine finding it. Though you can't bring any drinks or food there. Bummer.. ##### Dina L.
